Authors are invited to submit original research and review papers to the 2nd International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Multidisciplinary Innovation and Sustainability through Microsoft CMT before September 30, 2026.
Authors must submit their papers electronically using the Microsoft CMT service . Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.

Submit via Microsoft CMTAll submitted manuscripts will be subjected to similarity checking using a licensed version of iThenticate: Plagiarism Detection Software. Papers with a similarity index of less than 15% will be considered for review, and similarity from a single source should be less than 3%.
Authors must submit original and unpublished research work that is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts with higher similarity may be rejected at any stage of review.
The use of content generated by artificial intelligence tools, including text, figures, images, or code, must be clearly disclosed in the acknowledgments section of the submitted paper.
Authors must identify the AI system used and specify the sections where AI-generated content has been used, along with a brief explanation of the level of use. Failure to disclose such use may result in direct rejection.
The ETMIS 2026 review process follows a Single-blind review system. The plagiarism check committee initially verifies each submitted paper using the iThenticate plagiarism detection tool before review assignment.
Each paper will be reviewed by a minimum of three subject experts, and a maximum of five papers will be assigned to a single reviewer. Papers will be selected based on technical quality, originality, relevance to the conference theme, significance, clarity, and overall contribution.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
