Welcome to the registration page for ETMIS 2026 – 2nd International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Multidisciplinary Innovation and Sustainability, scheduled on December 3–4, 2026 in Dubai, UAE.

Registration Overview

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete full registration for the paper to be included in the conference program and further publication process.

Registration must be completed before the applicable deadline. Authors and participants are advised to keep proof of payment and confirmation email for future reference.

Registration Notes

  • All registrations include admission to technical sessions and e-proceedings.
  • At least one author must register for inclusion of the paper in the proceedings process.
  • The paper will be considered only after full registration is received.
  • No refunds are applicable after acceptance and registration.
  • The publisher may reject papers that fail to meet required quality standards.
  • Offline participation is for Day 1 only, unless otherwise notified by the organizers.
  • Participants must arrange travel and accommodation on their own.
  • Tea/coffee, high tea, and working lunch will be provided on Day 1.

Registration Policy

  • Refund and Cancellation: Conference fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment Policy: Payments must be made in USD through approved online payment modes.
  • Confirmation: Registration will not be confirmed without full payment.
  • Terms and Conditions: Registration must be completed before the applicable deadline.
  • Privacy Policy: Photography and videography may take place during the event.
  • Publication Policy: Publication and indexing are subject to publisher approval and indexing agency policies.

  • Registration is mandatory for all accepted papers.
  • One full registration covers one accepted paper unless otherwise specified by the conference.
  • Co-authors may require separate registration where applicable.
  • Participants should retain proof of payment and confirmation email for future reference.
  • All rights related to registration, participation, and publication are reserved by the Conference Secretariat.
